Get to grips with real and replica 18th and 19th-century porcelain, with the help of our guide lecturers. Learn how porcelain was made in Europe and uncover the secrets of kaolin, the key ingredient that revolutionised porcelain production.
This session is offered in memory of Dame Rosalind Savill (1951–2024), Director of the Wallace Collection 1992–2011, whose passion for sharing her knowledge with the public inspired generations of visitors and continues to shape the spirit of our work today.
Places are limited and allocated first-come, first-served on the day. Please reserve your place at the entrance desk.
