We have a small cloakroom facility on-site which is available to visitors free of charge. Small bags and rucksacks are generally allowed in the galleries, however larger/medium sized bags and back-packs will need to be left in our cloakroom. Due to limited space, we recommend that visitors do not bring any large suitcases or luggage on their visit to avoid disappointment should we be unable to accommodate.
Photography for personal use is permitted within the galleries. The use of tripods, selfie-sticks and flash is not allowed. No photography is permitted of temporary exhibitions or of items on loan to the Wallace Collection.
Filming is not allowed in the galleries without prior permission and supervision from our gallery staff. If you are interested in filming at the Wallace Collection for the purpose of promoting the museum and/or one of our exhibitions please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org or to find out more about film and location hire of the museum, please contact email@example.com
