Library Catalogue

The Wallace Collection is an Associate Member of Senate House Libraries and its collections can also be searched via the Senate House Libraries' catalogue or COPAC.

Items can be ordered via email, or through our online catalogue by following the instructions below. Please do not order more than 10 items.

Creating and sending a book list:

  1. Once you have found the item(s) you are searching for, open up the full bibliographic record.

  2. Along the top of the page you will see a button which says ‘Save record’, second from left.

  3. Click on this, which will show you the record again, but with a green button, second from right, which says ‘Export saved’. Click on this.

  4. This will bring you to a page which lists your saved record.

  5. On the right side it says ’Send list to’, with a box for an e-mail address.

  6. Put in our address library@wallacecollection.org.

  7. If you want to order more items, just follow the steps above.

  8. When finished, press ‘Submit’

N.B. When ordering material in this way you must also make an appointment directly with library staff, either by email or telephone, as a list of pre-ordered material does not include the sender’s name.
