Drawing the Figure: Creative Course Series

Develop your drawing practice through our series of online courses that explore the most common subject in European art: the human body. Focusing on the male nude, the female nude and combined figures, each session will help you improve your drawing ability through close study of our masterworks and guided exercises. Combining short, quick-fire responses with longer periods of drawing, you'll be introduced to a range of of strategies for capturing the human figure successfully.

Riesener Talk Series, in Collaboration with the Furniture History Society

Join us online for three evening talks dedicated to Jean-Henri Riesener, one of the greatest French cabinetmakers of all time and famed for the exquisite furniture he made for Marie-Antoinette and the royal court of Louis XVI.

This free series coincides with the publication of the first major monograph on Riesener, presenting new research based on the extensive collections of his furniture in the Wallace Collection, Waddesdon Manor and the Royal Collection.
